At Alberni Outpost we understand that things don't always go as
planned.
We try to balance a flexible reservation and rental policy with the
costs of
maintaining a Rental Fleet.
Please note that the following cancellation policy applies
to all rentals.
If notice of cancellation received by
our office six weeks or
more in advance of your reservation date you will receive a
full refund less a $10.00 per item cancellation fee.
If notice is received five
to six weeks in advance of the reservation date you will
receive a refund of 75% on the rental cost.
If notice of cancellation is received
four to five weeks
in advance of the reservation date you will receive a 50% refund on
the rental cost.
If notice of cancellation is received
one to four weeks in
advance of the reservation date then you will receive a 25% refunded
on the rental cost.
If notice of cancellation is received
less than one week
in advance of the reservation date then no refund will be issued.
